The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees [1] ( German: Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge , BAMF) is a federal state institution in Germany, subordinate to the German Ministry of the Interior. The headquarters of the department is located in Nuremberg . The agency deals with issues related to the regulation of the stay of foreigners in Germany.
