Soyosan (metro station)

“Soyosan” ( cor. 소요산 역 ) - station of the Gyeongvonson railway line, the final ground (open) station of line 1 of the electrified rail transport of the metropolitan region ; This is one of the five stations on the territory of Donduhona (all on the same line). It is represented by two side platforms. The station is served by the Korea Railways Corporation (Korail) . Located in the Sanbonam-dong quarter (address 126-3 Sangbongam-dong, 2925 Pyeonghwaro) in Dongjuhong city ( Gyeonggi-do province, Republic of Korea ).

Named because of the nearby mountain of the same name . The station is also served by the Gyeongwon Railway ( Seoul - Wonsan ).

Passenger traffic - 4 845 people / day (for 2013).

The station for commuter traffic was opened on December 23, 1975 . The first line of the Seoul Metro was extended to Dongjuhon, making Soesan the terminus in the north direction on December 15, 2006 .
