Biography
He graduated from the Economics Faculty of Leningrad State University in 1981 with a degree in Political Economy. At the same faculty he defended his thesis in 1987.
He taught at the University of California at Berkeley (1998), at Aalto University in Helsinki (2009-2010), [3] at the Moscow School of Management in Skolkovo (2010). In 2004 was awarded the departmental award of the Ministry of Education and Science - Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation .
Since 2003, she has been a member of the editorial board in the Russian Management Journal [4] . Since 2009, she has been the editor-in-chief in the Bulletin of St. Petersburg University (series "Management") [5] .
Since 2013, she has been a member of the Expert Council on the Development of Social Entrepreneurship of the Committee on Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation [6] .
He led the international conferences - member of the program committee of the V World Congress of the International Association of Business, Economics and Ethics (ISBEE) in Warsaw in 2012 [7] , chairman of the program committee of the Annual Scientific Conference of the European Business Ethics Association (EBEN) in St. Petersburg in 2006 and etc.
The article “Corporate philanthropy in Russia: evidence from a national awards competition”, written by Blagov in collaboration with A. Petrova-Savchenko, became the winner of the 2013 award of the Association of Authors of the Emerald Publishing House for Outstanding Excellence in the nomination “Best Article” [8] .
Among the main research interests are corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship.
