In wrestling competitions 24 sets of awards were played out. 8 for men and women in freestyle wrestling and 8 for Greco-Roman. The tournament was held on the Olympic system with knockout. The participants who lost in their duels to the future finalists of the competition got into the consolation round. Each match consists of two rounds of 3 minutes, the winner is the athlete who has scored the most points. At the end of the fight, depending on the results in each round, athletes are awarded classification points. [2]

  Canoeing and Rowing

Competitions in rowing and canoeing were held in the city of Mingechevir on the basis of the Olympic training center "Cur" . 15 sets of awards were played out. In each discipline the competitions were held in three stages: the preliminary round, the semi-final and the final.

  Taekwondo

Taekwondo competitions are held on the system with elimination. To win a tournament, an athlete needs to win 4 wins. Taekwondo fighters who have lost to future finalists during the competition take part in a consolation tournament for two bronze medals.
