XO-3 - tablet computer \ e-book, developed as part of the project " Rus. on a laptop for a child ”( One Laptop Per Child ), which in November 2012 was replaced by the XO-tablet project [1] . According to the plan, the tablet computer replaced the netbook with two screens of the XO-2 concept. The internal designation of the XO 1.75 project and hardware components remained the same, including the ARM processor [2] .

XO-3 is characterized by an 8-inch screen with a 4: 3 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1024 X 768 pixels, as well as the use of the Marvell Technology Group Marvell PXA618 Armada " system on a chip " [3] [4] . XO-3 uses specific options for chargers that are effective in the absence of electrical networks: solar panels and dynamos .
XO-3 tablet computers were planned to be released in 2012 with a target price below $ 100. XO-3 power options from solar panels and dynamos were demonstrated at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2012 [5] .
