In such an empire appearance, the architectural structure with some minor changes has survived to the present.
Beginning in 1838 and ending in 1906, the estate was owned by the noble family of Maikovs , which included the poet Apollon Nikolaevich Maikov .
In the second half of the XIX century, the estate was surrounded by buildings from the garden . In 1908, the building undergoes another reconstruction , during which the first floor was changed. Then, shops and rented premises appeared in the building.
After the October Revolution , the district hospital was located in the estate. In Soviet times, the layout of the mansion changed again.
In 2006-2009, the building was touched by the hand of restorers ; during the restoration, the appearance of a monument from the beginning of the 19th century with elements of the building’s epoch was recreated.
