The status and boundaries of the urban settlement are established by the Law of the Tver Region dated February 28, 2005 No. 27-zo “On Establishing the Borders of the Municipalities Included in the Territory of the Municipal Formation of the Tver Region" Kalyazinsky District "and Granting them the Status of Urban, Rural Settlements" ^[2]
