Felice Cavagnis ( Italian: Felice Cavagnis ; January 13, 1841 , Bordogne , Kingdom of Lombardy -Venetian - December 29, 1906 , Rome , Kingdom of Italy ) - Italian Curial Cardinal and papal dignitary. Pro-Secretary of the Holy Congregation for Extraordinary Church Affairs from June 20, 1893 to August 14, 1896. Secretary of the Holy Congregation for Extraordinary Church Affairs from August 14, 1896 to April 15, 1901. Cardinal Priest from April 15, 1901, with the title Church of Santa Maria ad Martires since April 18, 1901.
