Keng-Kyul ( Yakut. Kieҥ Kul - a wide lake ) is a village , the administrative center and the only settlement in the rural settlement of Walbutsky on the Abyisky ulus of Yakutia .

The village is located beyond the Arctic Circle , 80 km southeast of the village of Belaya Gora (the center of Aby Ulus)

Economics and Infrastructure

In the village - the economic center of a collective agricultural enterprise, leading the traditional branches of the economy - reindeer husbandry and crafts (fish and fur).
