Trinity-Golenishchevo (Troitsko-Golenishchevo, Troitsk-Golenishchevo) is a historical area in the west of Moscow at the confluence of the rivers Setuni and Ramenka . The former village of Trinity-Golenishchevo was the administrative center of the Trinity-Golenishchevsky volost of the Moscow district . Since 1960, in the city. Currently, the village is occupied by the Moscow region of Ramenki .

Title
The ancient village of Trinity-Golenishchevo received the first part of the name from the church located here in the name of the Three Saints . She put it at the end of the XIV century. Metropolitan Cyprian . The second part of the name, presumably, is associated with the genus Golenishchev-Kutuzov , who had extensive possessions in this territory [1] .
History
In 1474 , Metropolitan Gerontius transferred his residence to these places and erected the Church of St. John the Evangelist [1] [2] .
In the 15-16 centuries. The village of Selyatino , belonging to the Moscow metropolitans, belonged to the Trinity-Golenishchevo.
In 1611 , during the Time of Troubles , near the village was located the camp of the hetman S. Zholkevsky . Here he arranged a magnificent feast for the boyars, who agreed that the Polish prince Vladislav would sit on the Moscow throne [1] .
In 1627 , Patriarch Filaret lived in the village. In the village were the patriarchal and peasant households. In the wooden church of the Life-Giving Trinity, a chapel of Leonty of Rostov was arranged [1] .
In 1644 , the wooden church was replaced by a stone church, which has survived to the present day [3] .
According to census books in 1646 , the village had 11 peasant households and 44 new households that were brought from Kostroma, Vladimir and Belozersky counties [2] . In 1678 , there were already 22 peasant households in the village [1] .
Later, on the site of the former patriarchal house under Patriarch Joachim, a patriarchal palace was built, which was located west of the Trinity Church. Near the palace a courtyard was built, where there was a bathhouse, office buildings, stables. The patriarchal palace was surrounded on all sides by orchards [3] .
According to census books, in 1701 there were 53 peasant households and 10 Bobyl households in the village, about 200 people lived in them [1] .
During the reign of Peter I, the patriarchate was abolished, and the village began to decline.
In 1729 , Peter II granted the village of Trinity-Golenishchevo to Prince Ivan Alekseevich Dolgoruky , however, after the death of the tsar in 1730 , the village was unsubscribed, the prince was sent to exile [1] [2] , and Trinity-Golenishchevo again became the center of the Holy Synod's estate near Moscow .
In 1770 - 1772 during the reign of Catherine II in Moscow there was a pestilence , then a quarantine was arranged in the village for those who had not yet been infected, but who could have been sick, they were resettled in the old patriarchal palace [1] [2] .
In 1812 , during the withdrawal of the Napoleonic army, the village was captured, the church was turned into a stable. The church was later restored.
According to the XIX century. The village was in the Office of State Property. It listed a church and 90 courtyards. A linen factory and a brick factory arose in the village, by 1884 the number of yards increased to 140 [1] .
By the beginning of the 20th century Trinity-Golenishchevo was the largest village in the district, the village was surrounded by factories, warehouses, factories. By 1926 , the population increased to 1296 people [1] [2] .
At the end of the 20s of the XX century. a film factory was built on the southeast side of the village, and then the Mosfilm film studio.
In childhood, Vyacheslav Tsarev lived in the Trinity-Golenishchev, famous for playing the role of a boy with a net in the film "Welcome, or No Trespassing."
In 1960, the Trinity-Golenishchevo became part of Moscow and became a district of mass housing development.
