The total volume of infrastructure facilities of the company is 577,943 sq. M. meters. And over the past four years, in the residential complex located in the suburbs of Moscow, the company commissioned six kindergartens for 870 children in total, as well as three secondary schools for 2687 children. The largest of them - "Mosaic" - is located in the Krasnogorsk district. Its opening took place in September 2018. Despite the fact that the educational institution is located on the territory of the project of the company - the UP-quarter "New Tushino", it is municipal and has a capacity of 1,500 places. In addition to classrooms, the building has two sports halls, a swimming pool, two concert halls with dressing rooms, as well as workshops.

Education
- 1997 - graduated from MGSU im. Kuybysheva , Faculty of Industrial Civil Engineering.
Vladimir Voronin began his career at the university.
- 2001 - defended his thesis "Non-autoclave structural and heat-insulating porous concrete of increased strength and energy efficiency" in the specialty "Building materials and products" [1] , received the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
- 2011 - defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Methodology of managing the integration processes of investment and construction activities in the modernization of the national economy”, specialty “Economics and national economy management (economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes (construction))”, Doctor of Economics [2] .
Career
- 1997-98 - Labor as a foreman at OJSC Mosstroy-6. Later he transferred to the post of superintendent, and then the head of the site.
