Primera Divisió 1999/00 ( Cat. Primera Divisió 1999/00 ) is the fifth season of the Andorran Football Championship . Eight clubs took part in the tournament and it took place from September 19, 1999 to May 29, 2000. For the first time, the Constellas Esportiva became the champion and got the right to play in European competitions in the preliminary round of the UEFA Cup 2000/01 . The silver and bronze medalists were the Santa Coloma and Inter clubs. 2 teams left the Andorran Championship: Sporting and Benito . Sporting flew to Segona Division (second division).
