Biography
In 1955, he began working as a mechanic in the mining complex of the Yuzhny open pit mine in Cherembass. In 1963, among the leading workers, Ryabtsovsky mastered high power excavators and became the foreman of the ESh-15-90 No. 2 excavator. For success in the social competition in coal mining, he was awarded high awards - the Order of Lenin, and in 1966 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Golden Medal "Hammer and Sickle" [1] ..
Actively participated in political life. In 1971, he was elected a delegate to the XXIV Congress of the CPSU. Before retirement, he worked at the Cheremkhovsky mine [1] [2] .
