Biography
Born June 21, 1976 in the city of Sukhumi.
In 1998, she graduated from the Faculty of Financial, Credit and International Economic Relations of St. Petersburg State University of Economics , defending a dissertation on the topic “Solvency of an insurance organization: assessment and management methods” [1] . She worked as an assistant professor at the insurance department [2] . Since 2000, adopted in Russian citizenship [3] .
On April 8, 2015, she was appointed Minister of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia by decree of the President of Abkhazia [4] .
