Pozzo di Borgo ( Italian: Pozzo di Borgo ) is a Corsican noble family.

On top of the shield is laid the Counts of the Russian Empire inherent crown. The Russian envoy to France, Charles-André Pozzo di Borgo, received on August 22, 1826, the count's dignity from Nicholas I , on which, on December 20, 1828, a letter was granted to him, a copy of which was kept in the heraldry . The coat of arms of Count Pozzo de Borgo is included in Part 10 of the General Tombstone of the noble families of the All-Russian Empire, p. 10. The family died away with his death on February 15, 1842.

Even before that, on September 17, 1827, the count dignity of C.O. Pozzo di Borgo, in the event that he did not provide offspring, was extended to that of the surname Pozzo di Borgo, whom he defines as his heir. In 1842, the title passed to his nephew Carlo Pozzo di Borgo.

A representative of the clan Philippe Pozzo di Borgo (born 1951), paralyzed by a paraglider accident, became the prototype of the paralyzed aristocrat Philippe from the movie 1 + 1 ^[1] .
