Biography
Member of the CPSU (B.) Since 1945. In 1941 he graduated from the Agricultural College, in 1950 - Courses at the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Belarus, in 1955 - Courses at the Central Committee of the Komsomol, in 1956 - the Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU ( in absentia).
