Biography
In June 1941, the cadet of the 1st Kiev Artillery School of the Red Army went to the front. In the battles near Moscow in the brigade, where the young commander of the gun Zavorotny fought, almost no one was left from the original composition. “The fights were terrible,” recalls Mikhail Fedorovich. - And also severe frosts. In late 1943 - early 1944. was abandoned on the territory of Poland, had the rank of lieutenant of the Army of Ludovy .
In 1950 he graduated from the Kiev Technological Institute of Light Industry. Having started his career in the Byelorussian SSR, he grew from a shift foreman to a chief engineer of a shoe factory in a year. Two years later, he was already the director of the Red October factory in Vitebsk, brought the company out of crisis.
