Biography
Born in Stolbtsy (now Minsk region , Republic of Belarus ).
By profession, an agronomist. Collaborated with the newspaper Nasha Niva . In 1922 he was elected to the Polish Sejm, was an activist of the Belarusian Workers 'and Peasants' Party . He was repeatedly arrested.
