Lima was born in Ohio and began her career with episodic roles in “ How I Met Your Mother ,” “ Ghost Talking, ” and “ House Doctor. ” [2] In 2012, she starred on a regular basis in the extremely disastrous Fox series “ Doctor of the Mafia ” [3] . Since then, she has appeared in Hawaii 5.0 , Clairvoyant , and CSI: The Crime Scene , and also has a minor role in the short-lived NBC series Devotion.
In 2016, Lima starred in the ABC series " Family ", created by Jenna Bans [4] [5] .
