Biography
Nationality is described in the terminology of the beginning of the XX century as a “Kuznetsk foreigner”. A peasant in the village of Lebedevo, Tarsminsky volost, Kuznetsk district, Tomsk province. Orthodox. He was educated at home, he was able to read and write. The farmer, herder, beekeeper, and was engaged in "partly commercial affairs." According to modern local historians, he was a member of the Union October 17 party [1] , sources in the beginning of the century said that he was a member of the “ new renewal ” party [2] .
In February 1906, an elector was elected from the Tarsminsk parish for an election meeting of the Kuznetsk district. On May 7, 1906, he was elected by the congress of commissioners from volosts of Kuznetsk Uyezd as an elector to the provincial election meeting. On May 31, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the 1st convocation from the general electors of the Tomsk Provincial Electoral Assembly. In the Duma - non-partisan, that is, he did not enter any of the party factions, which is confirmed by the publication of the Trudoviks [3] . He signed a statement by 10 members of the State Duma on increasing the number of members of the Agrarian Commission at the expense of representatives from Siberia. After the dissolution of the Duma in the first half of August, he returned to Lebedevo [1] .
In the 1910s he was engaged in trade in his village, was the owner of an oil factory and a mill 4 kilometers from the village [1] .
The fate and date of death is unknown.
