"Nadin" is the first in Russia [1] [2] [3] hairdresser, the staff of which consists of deaf and hard of hearing people. Opened in 2012 in Moscow .

History
Opened in 2012 by the hearing impaired Kirill Vasiliev and his wife, hairdresser Nadezhda Sharapova [4] [5] .
Hope had difficulties with work, clients preferred hearing masters and she got only simple and low-paid orders [6] . To combat discrimination, the couple developed a project for a deaf hairdresser. The project became one of the winners of the Social Entrepreneur 2011 contest organized by the Our Future fund and received a loan; the Moscow Government helped in the selection of the premises [7] . The opening of the salon was widely covered in the press [3] [8] .
The principal position of the company was the intention to hire only deaf and hard-of-hearing masters, while among the clients there are hearing-impaired clients and hearing clients [6] , but the first one is given a discount [9] .
