The status and boundaries of the rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania dated March 5, 2005 No. 17-rz “On Establishing the Borders of the Municipal Formation Pravoberezhny District, Granting it the Status of a Municipal District, Formation of Municipalities - Urban and Rural Settlements in its Composition borders ” ^[2]
