Content
History
Ostrovsky rural settlement was established on December 30, 2004 in accordance with the Law of the Kostroma Region No. 237-ZKO [2] , the status and boundaries of the municipality are established.
On February 11, 2010, in accordance with the Law of the Kostroma Region No. 575-4-ZKO [3] , the abolished Khomutovsky and Yuryevsky rural settlements were included in the Ostrovsky rural settlement.
