Biography

Born October 2, 1951 in the village of Old Fortress, KBASSR . My mother's name was Fatima, she worked as a cashier - accountant. He lost his father in infancy, he died in a car accident. The only sister Tatyana lives in Nalchik.

Until the 4th grade, he studied at a Kabardian school and did not know a word in Russian. Once parents said: “We must, son, go to a Russian school.” And he crossed.

He graduated from the vocal department of the music school in the city of Nalchik .

From 1971 to 1973 he served in the Soviet Army , in the army on the island of Sakhalin .

After being transferred to the reserve, he worked as a soloist in the Kabardino-Balkarian Philharmonic.

Fame came in 1973, when Zaur Tutov took second place at the All-Union Competition in Minsk.

In 1976 he was invited as a soloist to the Moskontsert , Roskontsert . In 1986 he graduated from the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music , the soloist class of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of the country - Evgeny Belov.

Zaur Tutov - laureate of the most prestigious All-Union, All-Russian and International competitions: All-Union Competition of Soviet Song Performers in Minsk - II prize, 1973; All-Russian contest "Red Carnation" in Sochi-I Prize, 1976 The artist is a laureate of the World Festival of Youth and Students in Berlin, 1973; winner of the TV contest "With a song through life." Tutov participated in festivals in the city of Zelenaya Gora, Poland, 1978. and the Decinsky Anchor, Czechoslovakia, 1979.

From 1989 to 1992 he worked as a senior teacher of the vocal class of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts .

From October 2005 to November 2008 - Minister of Culture and Information Communications of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. From November 11, 2008 to 2010 - Deputy Permanent Representative of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic to the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

From 2008 to 2010 - Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic in Moscow.

In 2001, Vladimir Troshin and Lev Barashkov against Zaur Tutov and Oleg Kukhnarev in the program “Two grand pianos” [2] . The issue was dedicated on May 9!

In recent years, he held a number of stage solo concerts: February 26, 1993. at the State Variety Theater; November 8, 2000 in the concert hall named after P.I.
