Biography
Polish nobleman of the Vitebsk province. Catholic. He graduated from high school. A graduate of the Law Faculty of Yurievsky University with a Ph.D. Since 1903 zemstvo vowel Dvinsky district. Since 1904, an honorary member of the Vitebsk Society of Rural Owners [2] . He was engaged in agriculture, enjoyed great prestige as a specialist in agronomy. Repeatedly received the highest awards for exhibits at agricultural exhibitions. Landowner Dvinskogo County.
Elected elector from the nobility of Dvina district. March 26, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation of the general composition of electors of the Vitebsk provincial electoral assembly. Nonpartisan An autonomist, was a member of the Western suburbs group [3] .
Vice-Chairman of Vilnius Koła Filistrów (until 1939). Vice-President of the Vilna Zemsky Bank (Wil. Banku Ziemskiego), the author of the memoirs [4] .
