Geography

Sabinovo is located in the northern part of Lezhnevsky district. The distance to the regional center is 17 km, to the regional center Lezhnevo - 8 km, the Ivanovo-Moscow highway is 3 km away. The area of ​​the village within the existing borders is 82 hectares. The relief is calm, with a slight natural slope to the southeast side. In the eastern part, the decrease is more significant, the height difference is up to 10 m.

Climate

The climate of the surroundings is temperate continental with warm summers and moderately cold snowy winters. Estimated winter outdoor temperature −30 ° C. The height of the snow cover is on average 58 cm. The standard depth of soil freezing is 1.62 m. Southwestern winds prevail. [2]

History

It has been the administrative center of the Zadnikovsky village council since 1974. In 1981, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the village of Zadnikovo was renamed Sabinovo [3] . On August 28, 1985, together with the village council, it was transferred to the Lezhnevsky District. Since February 25, 2005, it has become the administrative center of the Sabinovsky rural settlement. [four]

Infrastructure

Infrastructure is represented by a club with a gym, there is a shop. The club building also houses the administration of a rural settlement, a sports club, and a library. The first-aid post is located in half of the apartment building. A kindergarten (for 50 children), a bathhouse and a boiler room do not work, however, they are suitable for restoration. In the southern part of the village there is a sports ground. There is no school, catering and consumer services. [2]

To heat the club, a separate gas boiler room with a ground heating main was built on the adjacent site. Nearby is another production facility - a workshop for the production of meat products (small enterprise). The surface water drainage system is partly available on paved streets.

Engineering Structures and Communications

Residential buildings of multi-unit and private buildings, as well as public and industrial buildings are heated by individual gas boilers. The heat supply of the club building is carried out from its own boiler room.

The village is gasified and the residential sector is provided with gas for domestic needs. Water is supplied from two artesian wells with a flow rate of 175 m3 / day. Art wells were introduced in 1980-82, located outside the residential area. There is a water tower with a capacity of 50 m3, 18 m high. The drinking water supply system, satisfactory water quality. In the private sector, water is supplied from wells (general and individual). Fire water supply is provided by fire hydrants.

There is a centralized sewage system. Drains from residential multi-apartment and public areas go through the sewer directly to the sewage treatment plant.

Power is supplied from several transformer substations located in residential and public areas. [2]
