It runs from the center to the southwest, has 11 stations. The color of the lines is green, the length of the line is 18.6 km. The most intense station, El Silencio , is a junction from Line 2 to Line 1 .
The line runs under the streets, except for the Artigas - La Jaguar stage .
Stations and line description
The line passes under the streets Avenida Sur , Avenida San Martin , then between the stations "Artigas" and "La Paz" it is rebuilt on Avenida La Paz , then between the stations "La Paz" and "La Jaguar" it is rebuilt on Avenida Intercomunal de Antimano , further along the Autopista, Francisco Fajardo, in front of the Mamera station, the metro goes into the street and Mamera itself is on the ground, then after about a kilometer it turns onto Avenida Principal de Caricuão and runs along this road and so on to the terminus station “Soologico”.

- On November 6, 1988, the El Silencio - Las Adhuntas section was opened (the Mamera - Las Adhuntas section was part of Line 2 from 1988 to July 18, 2006) with 11 stations, the length of the section is 18.6 km
- On July 18, 2006, the second route of the El Silencio - Cappuccinos section was opened (from 1988 to 2006, traffic in this section was shuttle).
- On August 1, 2006, the Mamera - Soologiko section was opened, with the introduction of 2 new stations.
