Monuments of Aktobe - registered monuments , large and small sculptural forms , monuments and memorials located in the city of Aktobe and the city administration of the same name .
During the years of independence of Kazakhstan alone, 28 monuments, monuments and memorial complexes were erected in the city (data for 2013) [1] . There is a real cult of the famous sniper Alia Moldagulova [2] - a memorial complex and a monument were built, one of the central avenues was named after her, and a personal museum was opened. Monument to Alia Moldagulova (1960) by sculptor E.N. Stamm and architect L.V. Raputov, and bust of cosmonaut Viktor Patsaev (1976) by sculptors Yu.A. Tur and A. A. Zavarzin are among the monuments of history and culture of Kazakhstan of republican significance .
Not far from the main entrance to the park. The first President is an obelisk to victims of famine in the 1930s , established in the early 1990s. The words were carved on it: “A monument to those who died during the Famine of 1931–33 will be erected in Aktyubinsk” [3] . Only in 2018, after almost three decades, a monument was erected in the city to the victims of hunger and political repression (in place of the monument to Lenin).
