The company consists of 70 employees, two thirds of whom have autism spectrum disorders [2] . The head office of the company is located in Berlin , there are representative offices in other large German cities - Munich , Dusseldorf , Frankfurt , Stuttgart and Hamburg [3] Auticon was founded in 2011 with the help of Ananda Social venture capital fund, which remains the largest shareholder [3] . The idea of creating the company belongs to Dirk Muller-Remus, whose son has a similar disorder [3] . He borrowed the experience of the Belgian company Passwerk, which has already used people with autism in their work in the field of IT consulting. Following Auticon's success, this practice has spread throughout the world [4] [5] . In 2013, the working model used by Auticon was presented at the G8 Social Impact Investment Forum [3] .
