The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania dated March 5, 2005 No. 14-rz “On Establishing the Borders of the Irafsky District Municipal Formation, Empowering It with the Status of a Municipal District, Forming Municipal Formations - Rural Settlements and Establishing its Borders” ^[3]
