Description of the coat of arms ^[1] :

In a golden field with a azure extremity, completed by a ridge of waves running from the middle to the edges, growing out of the middle pair of waves (which are above the others and touching each other) a azure candle burning with a scarlet flame and accompanied on the sides by two scarlet winged railway wheels.

Justification of the symbolism ^[1] :

The main figure in the coat of arms - a candle emerging from river waves, indicates the origin of the name of the Svechinsky district from the Svechi River flowing through its territory. The azure (blue, blue) color represents such concepts as loyalty, fidelity, justice and love of the motherland. The flame of a burning candle symbolizes such perfect qualities as love, faith and honesty.

The territory of modern Svechinsky district owes much of its socioeconomic development to the functioning of the section of the Vyatka - St. Petersburg railway, built in 1906, thanks to which the emerging Svecha station gradually grew into a large village and regional center . The great importance of the railway for residents of the district is indicated in the coat of arms by the symbol of the railway - a winged railway wheel. The number of wheels - two - not only balances the emblem compositionally, but also indicates that today there are two municipalities in the district - urban and rural. Spread wings indicate perfect aspirations and exaltation of thoughts. The scarlet color symbolizes courage, courage and nobility.

Svechinsky district traditionally has an agricultural focus, which is symbolically reflected in the golden color of the shield field. The golden color represents wealth - spiritual and material, and also symbolizes happiness, mercy, generosity and deserved glory.
