The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania of March 5, 2005 No. 13-rz “On the Establishment of the Boundary of the Municipality of Digorsky District, the Empowerment of its Status as a Municipal District, the Formation in its Composition of Municipalities - Urban and Rural Settlements and the Establishment of borders ” ^[2]
