Timur Mekeshevich Zhaksylykov (born September 17, 1968 , Belousovka , East Kazakhstan Oblast ) is a Kazakhstani statesman, a member of the board (minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECE) for economics and financial policy, an assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Biography
In 1993 he graduated from Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov majoring in history , then graduate of the Strasbourg Institute for Political Studies ( France ) and in 2003 graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Economics and Finance with a degree in economics .
- In 1985 - 1987 he worked as a worker in the Irtysh exploration expedition.
- In 1993 - 1996 - Executive Rector of the Semipalatinsk Institute of Business and Entrepreneurship .
- In 1997 - 1998 - Chief Specialist, Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Strategic Planning and Reforms.
