The Golubevsky Village Soviet is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow Province and the Moscow Region until 1925 and in 1929-1959.

Golubevsky village council was formed in the early years of Soviet power. According to the data of 1923, he was part of the Egoryevsky volost of the Egoryevsk uyezd of the Moscow province.
In 1925, Golubevsky s / s was added to the Agryzkovsky s / s, but on January 7, 1929 it was restored again [1] .
In 1929, Golubevsky s / s was assigned to the Egoryevsky District of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region.
On December 28, 1951, the village of Buzyat was transferred from Efremovsky s / s to Golubevsky. At the same time, the Kukshevskiy Selsovet was attached to Golubevsky s / s.
On June 14, 1954, the Chelokhovsky Village Soviet was joined to Golubevsky s / s.
June 27, 1959 Golubevsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, his territory was transferred to Efremovsky s / s [2] .
