Emblem Description

Description of the coat of arms [1] :

In a green field emerging from behind the golden heads of bread ears growing from below at the tip, hands in silver sleeves holding an armful of bread ears arranged fan-shaped.

Justification of Symbols

Justification of the symbolism [1] :

Vowel coat of arms . The name of the district comes from the name of the district center - the village of Kiknur , which from the Mari means “hand in the field”. From the tip of the heraldic shield, made up of bread ears, symbolizing the field, go hands holding an armful of ears - personifying the rich agricultural traditions of the Kiknur region.

Golden color - the most noble of flowers (metals) used in heraldry, personifies the sun - a source of life and wealth, both material and spiritual, symbolizes mercy, humanity, love, happiness, wealth, magnanimity, wisdom and generosity.

The green color of the field conveys the specifics of the industry sector of Kiknursky district - harvesting and processing of wood. Green color also symbolizes friendship, hope, abundance and the desire for victory.
