Biography

Born on July 19, 1928 in the village of Istomino, Zagorsky District, Moscow Region, in a family of simple, poor peasants.

Mother, Tsar'kova, Anna Afanasyevna (a peasant woman from the village of Leonovo). The father, Tsar'kov Semyon Yemelyanovich, is a peasant from the village of Istomino. In the family they had five children. The eldest daughter is Maria, then Antonina, the middle Claudia, the son Alexander, and the youngest daughter Anna.

When he was 8 years old, he went to study at Galnevsky high school, but he finished only 5 classes - the Great Patriotic War began. He was 12 years old and he went to work at the collective farm "Trud", where he worked most of his life.

For exceptional services to the state and obtaining a large crop of potatoes in 1948, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor , he was awarded the Golden Star and the Order of Lenin.

He married Kareva Evgenia Stepanovna, she comes from the neighboring village of Mitino. In 1953 their firstborn was born - son Vladimir, and after 11 years - daughter Elena.

Activities on the collective farm "Labor"

In these difficult war years, the twelve-year-old had to work on a par with adult men, from dawn to dusk, and sometimes 20 hours a day.

In the hungry, already post-war years, when he was barely 17 years old, he heads a collective farmers' brigade.

In 1954, Alexander Semenovich entered the Moscow Agricultural School for the preparation of collective farm chairmen. Three years later, he graduated from the full course of the named educational institution in the specialty “Agronomy” at the Moscow Regional Soviet Party School. He was hired by the foreman of the integrated brigade.

In 1961, he was sent to six-month refresher courses for the leading personnel of collective and state farms at the Moscow Soviet Party School. Upon completion, he was appointed Manager of the second branch of the Zagorsk Poultry Farm. All his working life was held in his native state farm "Trud", which was transformed first into a poultry factory, then into the fatal state farm "Trud". Tsarkov A.S. went from an ordinary collective farmer to a brigadier, was the deputy chairman of the collective farm and the manager of the second branch of the state farm. On the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR on the establishment of the Trud state farm on the territory of the second branch of the Zagorsk poultry farm in 1966, he moved to work as a foreman of the construction department, and in 1967 he was appointed deputy director for production and economics. Since 1976, became the foreman of the feed mill. And until the end of his work, he worked there.

Awards

In 1944 he was awarded a diploma of honor of the winner of the socialist competition among young leaders of agriculture in the Zagorsky district of the Moscow region.

For valiant and selfless work during the Great Patriotic War, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 6, 1945, he was awarded a medal, and in 1947 for selfless work during the autumn sowing season he was awarded an honorary diploma from Zagorsky RK VLKSM.

In 1948, the Zagorsky RK VLKSM for successful work in the spring sowing of potato cultivation rewarded the team leader Alexander Tsarkov with a diploma.

For his valiant service, the senior lieutenant of the 261st rifle regiment was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd degree, and he was awarded the title of participant in the Great Patriotic War. He was repeatedly the winner of the Socialist competitions, was awarded with jubilee badges and diplomas for the achieved high performance in labor and for high labor discipline.

Army service

In December 1948, A. S. Tsarkov was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Armed Forces in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. His service took place in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. During his military service, he was elected to the city council (1949-1951) in the city of Vilnius in the Lithuanian SSR. He was demobilized in 1951 and returned to his homeland.

Memory

  • Since 1970, the Buzhaninovskaya rural school was designed to open the Museum of Combat and Labor Glory of fellow villagers.
  • On June 2, 2011, a memorial plaque to the Heroes of Socialist Labor, buried in different years on this rural churchyard, was solemnly opened at the cemetery in the village of Gagino.
