The 25th football championship of the Republic of Belarus among the teams of the second league and the second, held according to the system, providing for division into zones. In order to popularize football in the regions and expand the geography of the Second League, the ABFF presidium retained last year's draw scheme divided into two zones. The entry fee for participation was 50 million rubles.

Rules
The teams of the Second League in the season of 2015 are divided into zones "West" and "East" on a geographical basis. The division border passes along the railway line Gudogai - Molodechno - Minsk - Osipovichi - Zhlobin - Gomel - Dobrush. Teams from Minsk are divided into zones by lot. The start of the championship will be given on May 2. In each zone there is a two-round tournament (18 rounds). According to its results, the four best teams get into the playoffs, which will be held in Minsk, where they will play three tickets to the First League for the 2015 season (8 rounds) in meetings between themselves. There is no direct departure from the Second League to the oblast championships.

Final Stage
Teams that have won the first four places in their zone play tickets to the First League, with teams from another zone, playing an additional 8 matches (one at home, the other away), while retaining the results of the performance with teams from their group in order to again Do not play repeated matches with them. Clubs that did not make it into the four play butt games between themselves at home and away (5th place, with 5th place from another group, etc.), to determine the final places.
