Khaikin, Valery Leonidovich

• Born February 19, 1958 , in Moscow .

• In 1983 he graduated from the Second Moscow Order of Lenin State Medical Institute named after N.I. Pirogov , specializing in medical care, qualification as a medical doctor, certificate in psychiatry .

• After graduating from the Institute (1983-1992), he worked as a psychiatrist, suicidologist in the regional psychoneurological dispensaries of Moscow, Moscow Research Institute of Psychiatry of the USSR Ministry of Health .

• In 1990, at the initiative of V.L. Khaykin, the Moscow Center for Social and Psychological Support for Children and Adolescents was created .

• In 1992, he created the ZHIVA insurance joint-stock company, where he was president until 2009.

• In 2001, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation awarded the degree of Doctor of Psychology . Thesis: "The phenomenon of activity in the development of personality . " In 2005, he was also awarded the academic title of professor .

  • Head of the Department of Law, Management, Economics and Logistics in the Social Sphere of the Russian State Medical University (GOU VPO RSMU Roszdrav) .

• In 2010, he became chairman of the Expert Council of the ANO “Center for Social Research and Innovation”.

• In 2011, he was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Education , Department of Psychology and Age Physiology.

• Since 2011, he has been the director of the scientific and educational center for management, economics and logistics in the social sphere of NUST “MISiS” .

• In 2012, he was appointed Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation .

• Since 2014, he has been the supervisor of the Center for Social and Legal Anthropology of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State Law University) .

• Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
