Biography
V.E. Subbotin was born on February 7, 1921 in the village of Subbotaty (Pugovitsyno), Vyatka province, Nolinsky district, Tataurovsky volost, Evdokimovsky village council (now Nolinsky district , Kirov region ). During the Great Patriotic War, he served as a tower gunner of the tank, then as a litso worker of the newspaper “Warrior of the Motherland”. In 1956 he graduated from the Higher Literary Courses. He lived and worked in Moscow. Member of the joint venture of the USSR since 1951 .
Passed away May 24, 2015.
