Biography

Born in 1927. Childhood and youth passed in the small Tatar village of Mamashir, Kukmorsky district. The war interrupted his studies in a rural school and six classes became the education of Gilmutdin that he received in his entire life. All the years of the war, along with adults, he worked on a collective farm. In 1947 he was enrolled in the school of Federal Law No. 102 in Prokopyevsk. The main objective of factory training schools was to provide the labor contingent of mines and factories in connection with high turnover. Studying at the Federal Law Society lasted three months, then he came to the Koksovaya mine to the brigade of the noble tuner Nikolai Matlyuk. In 1954, a capable young miner himself led the brigade.

The team of Gilmutdin Gayfutdinovich Idrisov revived the high-speed methods of driving the workings of the main direction. The secret of the brigade’s success was briefly explained: “High mechanization plus skill.” Technical innovations were readily introduced here: the PPM - 4 rock loader, mounted drilling rigs. Each drifter had the highest qualifications, many had the rights of detonators, electric locomotive drivers, etc.

In 1965, the team began working shift under the slogan “Let's pass at least 300 m of the main drift in a month!” For this, the brigade needed to halve the usual plan task. A schedule was developed for the super-speed driving of a two-way cross-axle. A group of engineers and drifters of the brigade G. Idrisova made calculations and made calculations. To increase the utilization of holes, then for the first time in the practice of the Kuzbass miners, Idrisovtsy used rocky ammonite. The brigade set an all-Union record - driving 310 m cross section of 16.9 sq. M across the strongest rocks in 31 working days. m. During this time, 6700 cubic meters of rock mass was issued from the face; the monthly target was completed by 208%. This has not yet been achieved by any team of coal mine tunnels in the country. All members of the brigade were awarded government awards.

For the labor feat of June 29, 1966 Gilmutdin Gayfutdinovich Idrisov was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle".
