It has also become habitual for him to reissue previously released albums, often changing only the cover, and each new album is preceded by the release of singles and remake collections. Albums are directly released in several versions (for European countries - Germany , Poland , France / USA / RF ) and in various versions (single or double disc publications, vinyl records, BOX).

About the project

History: wumpscut:

1991. Inspired by Leaether Strip music, Rudy, who worked as a DJ for several years at Munich's gothic-EBM disco “Pipeline”, decides to fulfill his cherished desire - to create music himself. In October, this desire brought its first fruits: Defcon was recorded.

1992. By the time the first, very small film run of 50 pieces was sold out instantly, Rudy was preparing to release new material - the Small Chambermusians film was released in a run of 70 pieces .

1993. At the beginning of the year, Rudy gets the opportunity to release his films on CD. In collaboration with VUZ Records, the compilation “New Forms Of Entertainment vol. 1 ” , in addition to: wumpscut: DIVE , DARPA are also represented. In December, Rudi released a separate debut on VUZ Records " Music For A Slaugthering Tribe " containing the super-hit "Soylent Green" .

1994. A true breakthrough on the disco scene with the EP " Dried Blood " (ANT-ZEN). The hit "Black Death" spins from morning to night on the dance floor. In December, Rudy decides to thank his fans for the extremely rare seven-inch pic-single “ Smell The Disgusting Sweet Taste of Dried Blood ”.

1995. Rudy creates his own label Beton Kopf Media , to have full control over the work: wumpscut :. The first under this label is the EPCD " Gomorra ". With the song “Untermensch”, he again manages to get on the lists of dance hits, but only “Turns of Pain” fully reveals his creative abilities. The single “Oma Thule” , originally made for laughs and not planned for publication, is still coming out in a scanty run on VUZ in February. In September, Rudy releases the long-awaited fans' second album, “ Bunkertor 7, ” which spawned the tradition of the so-called “w-boxes”. Now every Ratzinger's album could not do without some kind of bonus, published in a limited edition.

1996. The first compilation comes out in February: wumspscut: “ The Mesner Tracks ”. In addition to the tracks of the first years, here are presented compositions that previously appeared as bonus tracks only on US versions of albums. In March, Off Beat released the second series of remixes “Remix War” - : wumpscut: vs Haujobb . Due to the growing popularity and in connection with the full sale of the circulation, this album is once again being processed and released with a new cover. Rudy founds the new company Mental Ulcer Forges (MUF), designed to publish recordings of other musicians.

1997. After the Music For A Slaughtering Tribe was completely sold out, the composer decided once again to completely rework the album. He came out with a completely new cover, with a different order of songs and with a remix CD. The innovation was nevertheless the second bonus compact, which contained selected remixes of the main album. Before the release of the third album “ Embryodead ” with compulsory boxing in March, a strictly limited “ Deejaydead ” promo was released especially for DJs. In November, the second Embryodead collection was released, featuring two completely new tracks, remixes of previously released tracks and some remixes from the aforementioned Deejaydead .

1998. A difficult year for fans - the announced album is constantly being postponed. But at the same time, a CD comes out with snapped up EP's “ Dried Blood ” and “ Gomorra ” called “ Dried Blood of Gomorra ”.

1999. The double MCD " Totmacher " precedes the release of the new album. In addition to the original versions, it contained 17 remakes of other musicians. In April, the Boeses Junges Fleisch album itself was released (seven years later, in 2006, it was reissued as Boeses Junges Fleisch 7 Years Anniversary Edition) at the same time as Fleischbox . In September, fans saw the second track from the album " Ich Will Dich ", a little later released in a limited edition of 1,500 pieces - "Special Edition for Collectors" - in the form of double vinyl.

2000. Noting particular commercial success, Rudy, after changing the distributor, reissues all albums with new covers! On April 25, the third Blutkind compilation is released, featuring the long-wanted two first films and several new tracks. T-shirts with cover images are made for all the album, a wumpshop section is created on the wumscut.de website.

2001. The single “DJ Dwarf One” was released as a promo for the next album. The track "Ruda" on this release was written specifically as a response to society on crimes committed by two Satanists named Ruda, who were allegedly influenced by music: wumpscut :. On October 1, the next studio album “ Wreath of Barbs ” with a cover of the classic Krillian Camera “Eclipse” in the traditional: wumpscut: style goes on sale. The music of the project is becoming more and more extreme. Many consider this album the best in the work of Rudy Ratzinger.

2002. The year was marked by the release of MCD " Liquid Soilent " with a new set of remakes and previously unpublished compositions.

2003. Double album 'Perferential Legacy - Music For A German Tribe' with two new tracks, unpublished archival records and material long lost from the sale of the Prefential Legacy and Music For A German Tribe records.

2004. It was marked by the release of the gloomy and even tougher (in the style of aggro-industrial and dark- EBM ) album “ Bone Peeler ” with the participation of Arafna, famous on the gothic scene. However, the album contained the first ever love song, Your Last Salute. After a three-year hiatus since the release of “ Wreath of Barbs, ” fans expected more and this album was mixed.

2005-2007. The release of the next experimental studio album " Evoke ", which became the record of the month in the authoritative magazine Orkus . Critics note a brighter mood of the compositions, but most fans yearn for Ratzenger's early work and this album also does not find the proper response. For the first time in the history of creativity: wumpscut:, thanks to the efforts of Art Music , this disc is published in Russia. From that moment on, Ratzinger's forge takes on the tradition of releasing an album every year. So, in 2006 the expected “ Cannibal Anthem ” was published, and in 2007 “ Body Census ”. It is worth noting that by the time of the release of the last album,: wumpscut: was at the peak of its popularity, but with each release the base of its fans continues to grow tirelessly.
