Temerbaev, Salik Temerbaevich

It comes from the genus kanzhigaly tribe argyn ^[1] . Temirbaev Salik Temirbaevich was born in the village of Kzyl-Tapmaksimo, Pavlodar region, into a peasant family. When collective farms were created in Kazakhstan, the Temirbayev family joined the collective farm. Salik worked there. In 1931, S.T. Temirbaev, along with his brothers, arrived in the city of Kiselevsk, where they got a job as mine diggers. In 1932, Salik Temirbaevich moved to the working village of Belovo (in the present city of Belovo). Belovsky Komsomol district committee on the Komsomol ticket sent him to build the mine "Pioneer". At the end of construction, a team of builders, including Temirbayev, remained to work at the mine.

S. T. Temirbaev began his career at the mine in the Komsomol-youth brigade of G. G. Popov. The team was constantly increasing the pace of work, production standards were constantly exceeded. The Stakhanov movement was actively supported at the mine. In the very first tons of coal mined, Salik Temirbaev showed a model of attitude towards work. For high labor productivity, systematic overfulfillment of production standards, shift orders and a plan, in March 1936 S.T. Temirbaev was awarded the title of Stakhanovist.

For valiant work for many years at the Pioneer mine, Salik Temirbaevich was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the medal For Labor Valor, and the jubilee medal in honor of the centenary of the birth of V. I. Lenin. By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for outstanding achievements in the development of the coal industry during the fifth five-year plan, S. T. Temirbaev in 1957 was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."
