Novoarhangelsky Village Council was formed in the early years of Soviet power. According to the data of 1924, he was a member of the Communist volost of the Moscow district of the Moscow province.

November 23, 1925 from Novoarkhangelsky s / s Zabolotevsky s / s was allocated [1] .

According to the data of 1926, the village council included 1 settlement - the village of Arkhangelskoye Novoe [2] .

In 1929 Novoarkhangelsky s / s was assigned to the Communist district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Zabolotevsky s / s was attached to it.

February 27, 1935 Novoarkhangelsky s / s was transferred to Mytishchi district .

January 4, 1939 Novoarkhangelsky s / s was transferred to the new Krasnopolyansky district .

June 14, 1954 Novoarkhangelsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, his territory was transferred to Vinogradovsky s / s [3] .
