The Verkhne-Likhoborsky Village Council is the abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow Region in 1929-1960.

The Verkhne-Likhoborsky Village Council was formed in 1929 as part of the Communist District of the Moscow District of the Moscow Region by combining the Beskudnikovsky, Deguninsky and Likhoborsky s / s of the former Communist Volost .
February 27, 1935 Verkhne-Likhoborsky s / s was transferred to Mytishchi district .
On January 4, 1939, the Verkhne-Likhoborsky s / s was transferred to the new Krasnopolyansky district .
On June 22, 1954, the villages of Korovino , Funikovo and Karabanovsky were transferred from Vinogradovsky s / s to Verkhne-Likhoborsky.
On June 3, 1959, the Krasnaya Polyana district was abolished and the Verkhne-Likhoborsky s / s was transferred to the Khimki district .
December 26, 1959 from Verkhne-Likhoborsky s / s to the line of the working village of Krasnooktyabrsky , the village of CHP No. 21 was transferred.
On August 18, 1960, the Verkhne-Likhoborsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, its territory was transferred to the city limits of Moscow [1] .
