Biography
He received local education and entered the civil service.
- 1968 - in the Department of Agriculture,
- 1979-1980 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture,
- 1981-1984 - Minister of Internal Affairs,
- 1988-1994 - Governor General of the Solomon Islands.
He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George .
In March 2010, he was appointed chairman of the organizing committee held by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community Pacific Arts Festival in May 2012 in the Solomon Islands.
