Biography

Born in 1903 in a peasant family in the village of Zelenoye, Kherson province (now Verkhnerogachik district of Kherson region ).

In 1911 he entered a rural elementary school in his native village of Zelenoye, which he graduated in 1915. He entered a seven-year school, which he was forced to leave due to the fact that his father went to the front, and in 1916 his mother died. He was in charge of a younger sister and, remaining the head of the family, he labored on wealthy peasants. In 1925-1927 he served in the Red Army as part of the 2nd Caucasus Regiment of the Red Cossacks.

In 1928 he joined the CPSU (b). In the years 1928-1929 at party work on the Dnieper construction. Since October 1929, he took retraining courses for propagandists. In 1931, on a business trip of the district committee of the Communist Party (b), he entered the Faculty of Economics of the Communist University of Social Science Teachers in Moscow.

He left his studies in 1933 and was sent to the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in the East Kazakhstan region. He worked in the political department of the Kalininsky state farm. In 1937, the head of the political department of the Peschansky state farm.

January 14, 1938 was elected the first secretary of the Samara district committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan.
