Zaburunnoye is a village in the Limanskiy district of the Astrakhan region of Russia , as part of the Biryuchekosinsky village council . Located on the shores of Eric Zaburunny 32 km east of the district center of the village of Liman.

Content
Title
The name of the village comes from the popular geographic term Zaburunye - “spit”, “coastal rampart”, “surface coastal mounds in shallow water”, that is, “a village located near the sea, on zaburunye” [4] .
History
Date of establishment not established. According to the information contained in the Memorial Book of the Astrakhan province for 1914, the village of Zaburunny belonged to the Yandyko-Mochazhny ulus of the Kalmyk steppe of the Astrakhan province, there were 56 yards in the village, 53 male and 53 female souls lived [5] .
In 1920, the village was transferred to the Kalmyk Autonomous Region . December 28, 1943 the Kalmyk population was deported , the village was transferred to the Astrakhan region.
Physico-geographical characteristics
The village is located in the east of the Liman region , within the Caspian lowland , which is part of the East European Plain on the shores of Eric Zaburunny. The terrain is flat, slightly wavy. The territory under consideration is characterized by the ilmen-tuberous landscape , represented by tracts of the Baer hillocks and inter-hill depressions. The adjacent area is swampy. To the east of the village is located Ilmen Zaburunny , to the north-west - Ilmen Manchin , to the west - Ilmen Sukhota , to the south - Ilmen Saigachy [6]
The distance to the capital of the Astrakhan region of Astrakhan is 130 km, to the district center of the village of Liman - 32 km. The nearest settlement is the village of Biryuchya Kosa, located 8.7 km east of the village (in a straight line - 2.6 km) [7] .
According to the Köppen-Geiger classification of climates, the type of climate is semi - arid (BSk index). The soil cover is complex: brown semi-desert soils are widespread on the Baer hillocks, and in the inter-hill depressions are ilmen-bog and ilmen-meadow soils [8] .
In the village, as well as throughout the Astrakhan region , Moscow time is in effect.

Social Infrastructure
There is a village club [14] . Medical care for residents is provided by a feldsher-midwife station , as well as a medical outpatient clinic located in the village of Biryuchya Kosa, which is a branch of the Liman Central Hospital [15] . Villagers receive secondary education at the Biryuchekosinsky secondary school [16] .
The village is electrified and gasified [1] . Water supply of the village is carried out centrally, water intake is organized from ilmen Zaburunny [17] .
