Career
Honatan began his football career at Trujillanos Club, for which he debuted on January 31, 2011 in a meeting with Deportivo Tachira [1] . In the 2010/11 season, the defender spent 14 matches, in the next - 20 games. On May 20, 2012, Espana marked the first goal scored in his career [2] .
In the summer of 2012, Honatan moved to Zamora . He held his first meeting for the new club on August 26 of that year [3] . Espanya immediately became the main defender in the team from Barinas and twice in a row became the champion of Venezuela. On February 12, 2014, Honatan made his debut in the Libertadores Cup, entering the starting lineup for a game with the Brazilian Atletico Mineiro [4] .
On June 22, 2014, the Venezuelan signed a contract for a period of two years with the possibility of extension for another year with AEL playing in the championship of Cyprus [5] . On September 27, 2014, the defender held a debut meeting on the European continent [6] .
