Biography

Motsik Alexander was born on May 3, 1955 , in the village of Gorodets . In 1981 he graduated from Kiev State University. T. G. Shevchenko , Department of International Relations and International Law, Department of International Law; international lawyer, referent translator of the English language. He speaks English and Polish.

In 1981-1985 - the third secretary of the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In 1985-1987 - the third, second secretary of the department of international organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In 1987-1990 - second, first secretary of the personnel department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In 1990-1992 - First Secretary of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In 1992-1995 - second, first secretary, adviser to the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN, New York.

In 1993 - rapporteur of the Sixth (Legal) Committee of the 48th session of the UN General Assembly.

In 1994-1995 - Vice-Chairman of the UN Special Committee for the Development of an International Convention on the Safety of UN Personnel and Associated Personnel.

In 1995-1997 - Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
