  • 1961 - graduated from the Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi
  • 1961-1964 - Deputy Director of vocational school No. 30 ( Dushanbe )
  • 1964-1972 - First Secretary of the district, city committees of the Komsomol, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan
  • 1972-1975 - graduate student of the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU
  • 1975-1986 - First Secretary of the Central District Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan
  • 1986-1988 - Head of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan,
  • 1988–1990 - Chief Editor of the Communist Party of Tajikistan Central Committee
  • 1990–1991 - Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan
  • 1991-1992 - First Secretary of the USSR Embassy in Afghanistan
  • 1992-1998 - Head of the External Labor Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan
  • 1998–1999 - Head of the Science and Press Department of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan
  • 1999-2001 - Executive Director of the World Bank Education Management Project Management Center.

Since 2001, Professor (2001–2003), Head of the Department (2003–2009), since 2009 Professor of the Department of History and Theory of International Relations of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University [1] .

In 1985, he was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the Tajik SSR (eleventh convocation). [2]

Scientific and creative activities

He is the author of more than 60 scientific, popular science and methodological works on the problems of Tajik-Afghan relations, geopolitics of Eurasian states, sociology, education reform of the Republic of Tatarstan. The works were published in Russia, Iran, USA, Finland and others. Member of the Intern. conferences
